1. Who we are

Kairos is a product of Unscheduled (unscheduled.co). By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. What Kairos is (and isn't)

Kairos gives timing readings based on classical astrological doctrine and current sky data. It is a decision-support tool, not professional advice. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax, or mental-health advice. Do not use it as a substitute for a qualified professional.

3. Subscriptions

Paid tiers (Kairos $9/mo, Kairos Premium $19/mo, Kairos Gold $99/mo) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

4. Gold coaching

Kairos Gold includes text coaching with Stephanie inside the app and an AI coaching companion. Coaching messages between you and Stephanie are visible to her and to the Kairos operators for support and safety. The AI companion is an AI — not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or tax professional. Messages flagged for Stephanie are read by her.

5. Cazimi

Cazimi is a separate 1:1 engagement by application. Terms and pricing for Cazimi are set individually per accepted applicant and are not covered by monthly Kairos subscriptions.

6. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for what happens under your account. Don't share it.

7. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the AI companion, don't send unlawful or harmful content, don't try to circumvent access controls or reverse engineer the app.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that a timing reading will produce any specific outcome. You are the one making decisions with your life and business.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access for abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms. You can end your subscription any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
