Refund Policy

1. Monthly, cancel anytime

Kairos, Kairos Premium, and Kairos Gold are month-to-month subscriptions. You can cancel at any time — cancellation stops future billing and you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

2. General policy

Because you can cancel any time and future months don't bill after cancellation, we don't refund the current month by default. You keep everything you paid for through the end of the period.

3. When we do refund

Email unscheduled@protonmail.com within 7 days of a charge if:

  • You were charged after canceling.
  • You were charged twice.
  • The service was substantially broken for you during the billing period.
  • You subscribed by mistake and haven't meaningfully used the app.

Refund requests outside those cases are considered case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

4. Kairos Gold coaching

The Gold tier's value is largely the coaching relationship, which starts as soon as you're subscribed. Refunds on Gold are handled at the coach's discretion; we've never refused a good-faith request in the first billing period.

5. Cazimi

Cazimi is a separate engagement by application, with its own terms per applicant. It's not covered by this policy.

6. How to request

Email unscheduled@protonmail.com from the address on your account. Include the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take a few business days to appear.
